Cheese Crisps (Low Carb)

A crunchy snack for those watching the carbs! Super easy and super good!


Servings 2-3 


2 cups shredded cheese (cheddar, pecorino, or parmesan)

1 tbsp garlic powder

1 tsp dried parsley flakes

Black pepper (to taste)

Non-stick spray




  1. Preheat oven to 400 degrees.
  2. Line large baking sheet with aluminum foil and spray with non-stick spray.
  3. Take shredded cheese and place on baking tray in thin even layers. You can shape cheese as desired.
  4. Season cheese with garlic powder, parsley, and pepper.
  5. Place in oven and bake for approximately 10 minutes or until golden brown. Ensure that it is golden brown so that it retains the integrity of its shape.
  6. Remove from oven.  Let cool for 5 minutes.
  7. Serve warm or room temperature.  Do not refrigerate.


Options: Add cayenne pepper for spice.  Use a variety of cheese for depth of flavor
